Hello everybody! My name is Zhangir; I am a year two biotechnology student. I am from Kazakhstan and am a cultural ambassador on behalf of my country at HKBU in the 2022-2033 academic year. The culture of Kazakhstan is rich in various traditions, songs, and cuisine, so other cultural ambassadors and I are willing to contribute to the atmosphere of multiculturism at HKBU by sharing as many aspects of our culture as we can. I am looking forward to welcoming new students and expect we will build strong connections with each other and create a comfortable, authentic, and internationalised environment on campus for local and international students at Hong Kong Baptist University.
