Coaching, Organisation Development, and Engagement (CODE) Programme

Coaching, Organisation Development, and Engagement (CODE) Programme is a series of tailor-made training sessions for officers of student organisations. It aims to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills that are essential to the development of student organisations. This June, two CCL recognised workshops were organised for student officers to share the smart tips in protecting their societies as well as their fellow members. The workshops were conducted online via ZOOM. The Office of Student Affairs (SA) invited Ms. Jennifer CHAN, Community Relations Officer, from Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and Mr. Victor CHING, Corporate Consultant, from Milestone Talent Development Centre to share information on necessary knowledge in handling financial matters and issues of data protection and equal opportunities, including potential sexual harassment and discrimination.
