Apply for University-arranged Off-campus Student Accommodation

 

University-arranged Off-Campus Student Accommodation Available for 2026-27

University‑arranged off‑campus student accommodation will be offered to students starting from 2026/27.

Eligible students who wish to apply for University‑arranged off‑campus student accommodation can submit their applications through the Student Residence Online System.

For enquiries regarding the accommodation, please contact the Student Accommodation Section at accm_ug@hkbu.edu.hk (for Undergraduate Students), or accm_pg@hkbu.edu.hk (for Postgraduate Students).

 

 

Brim Youth is a high-quality off-campus accommodation created specifically for students. It aims at providing university students with comfortable, convenient, and vibrant living communities that meet the new generation’s pursuit of quality living. Brim Youth is located at Kwai Chung, around a 10-minute walk from Kwai Hing MTR Station.

Before you submit application for student residence, please read the General Information of Student Residence Application carefully and thoroughly.

All eligible students should submit student residence applications via the studnet resudnece online system during the period.  

Please read the "User Guide for online application system" before accessing the system.  Change of Student Residence application information is allowed before the application deadline.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to you shortly after you have successfully submitted or edited the Student Residence application. If you do not receive the acknowledgment email, please contact the Student  Accommodation Section as soon as possible.

Students can refer to the General Information for more details on residential period and lodging fees in 2026-27. 

 

 

 
Payment Method

A debit note will be posted in the BUniPort. Please make sure you have input:

1. Bill type, and
2. Debit note number

during your payment process. Direct transfer of money to the University bank account is NOT considered as successful payment. Please click HERE for detailed payment methods. You should keep good custody of the payment record and be able to present it upon request.

Deferred payment of Student Accommodation Fees is not acceptable. Subject to special prior approval, a penalty of HK$500 will be levied on students who pay the Student Accommodation Fees after the deadline.
