Village CARE Governance Board 

Terms of Reference

  1. To oversee residential education, including non-credit-bearing activities, and coordination with academic units in the development and implementation of credit-bearing courses, as well as admission policies, rules and regulations, and disciplinary matters and procedures in the Residential Colleges; and the recruitment and training of College Fellows, Tutors, Mentors, and other student leaders within Village CARE.
  2. To oversee the financial and operational matters of Village CARE, including the residential programme budgets of all Colleges, and report on and make recommendations on such matters via the Student Residence Governance Committee (SRGC) to the Student Affairs Committee (SAC) as appropriate.
  3. To make relevant recommendations related to matters of Village CARE to SRGC as appropriate.
  4. submit an annual report to the SRGC.

Reporting Relationship

This Committee shall report to SRGC.
 

Frequency of Meeting

At least twice per year.
