Student Residence Governance Committee 

Terms of Reference

  1. To oversee residential education, as well as admission policies, rules and regulations, and disciplinary procedures, and the recruitment and training of student leaders in the Student Residence. 
  2. To oversee the operational matters, and consider the major improvements and repairs / renovation works of the Student Residence for the endorsement of the Student Affairs Committee (SAC). 
  3. To consider the annual budget of the student residences for submission to the SAC. 
  4. To make relevant recommendations on student residence matters to the SAC as appropriate. 
  5. To endorse reports from the Village CARE Governance Board (VCGB), the Committee on Student Residence Halls (CSRH) and the Committee on NTT International House (CNTT). 
  6. To submit an annual report to SAC. 

Reporting Relationship

This Committee shall report to the SAC.
 

Frequency of Meeting

At least twice per year.
