COMMITTEE ON Student Residence HALLS

Terms of Reference

  1. To recommend measures to improve general policies and practices related to Student Residence Halls (SRH) matters, including but not limited to residential education, admission policies and procedures, financial matters, rules and regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
  2. To advise on the training for Hall Tutors, Mentors, and other student leaders in the Halls to support residential education.
  3. To make recommendations to Student Residence Governance Committee (SRGC) on matters related to residential education, discipline, provision and maintenance of facilities, and the operation of SRH, as appropriate.
  4. To submit an annual report to SRGC.

Reporting Relationship

This Committee shall report to SRGC.
 

Frequency of Meeting

At least twice per year.
