Terms of Reference

  1. To recommend measures to the Student Residence Governance Committee (SRGC) to improve general policies and practices related to Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House (NTTIH) matters, including but not limited to rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures, and the operation of the guest rooms.
  2. To make recommendations to SRGC on matters related to residential education, provision and maintenance of facilities, financial matters, and the operation of NTTIH, as appropriate.
  3. To submit an annual report to SRGC.

Reporting Relationship

This Committee shall report to SRGC.
 

Frequency of Meeting

At least twice per year.
