【Empowering Inclusive Sports】Relaxing Stretching Workout Class 【看不見的活力】 輕鬆自在伸展運動

Introduction: This workshop is taught by the first qualified blind coach in Hong Kong. A blend of flexibility and core stability training are designed to improve strength and suppleness. Participants would have the opportunity to receive a total body stretch. It’s good for improving spine health and relieving back pain. Eligible students who enrolled in UGC-funded programmes are welcome to attend this workshop.
