We will focus on practicing breathing exercises, gentle stretching, and some mindfulness meditation. These practices are designed to nurture mindfulness qualities and promote relaxation, especially beneficial during the hectic exam period. We will be utilizing chairs to allow you to easily incorporate these stretches into your study routine, even when you are occupied at your desk.
