- 主辦單位保留使用活動當日所拍攝的照片及／或錄像作宣傳用途之最終權利。
Balloon twisting workshop for beginners! You will learn from scratch about how to pump and tie the balloon for a sword, a flower, a dog and a heart!
Notes:
- Participants should arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start of the event.
- The organiser reserves the right of not admitting the latecomers after the activity starts.
- The organiser reserves the final right to use any photographs and/or recording taken during the event for promotional purpose.
