SHIP Background:
Shun Hing Internship Programme (SHIP) is part of the community relations programme of Shun Hing Group in education, comprising of briefings, on-the-job training and practicing, review forums, event organization and presentation session. SHIP, an integral component of the students' journey from studies to work, facilitates non-final-year undergraduate students in Hong Kong with exposure to practical work environment. In the past 18 years, more than 250 students had undergone the journey of SHIP. SHIP mentors, being experienced staff members from Shun Hing Group, will provide guidance to the interns.
Title: Summer Intern
Main Responsibilities
Summer Interns will be assigned, according to their strengths and attributes, to work in one of the Group companies, with specific focus on Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Training, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Engineering or other office support functions.
Working Hours: Normal Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 0900 – 1800 Duration: 1 June to 18 August 2024
Requirement: 1. Undergraduates of local universities or tertiary institutes
2. Completed Year 2 or Year 3 studies (non-final-year students)
3. GPA - 3 or above preferable
4. Applicants are expected to be outgoing with good communication and inter-personal skills
5. Cantonese speaker
6. Available for the whole period of internship (i.e. June to August)
Remuneration: $10,000 per month
