想把活動辦得有聲有色，得因應對象設計兼考慮周全，認識策劃活動的步驟及技巧，對義工服務以至學會活動均有莫大幫助。

注意事項：
- 第一輪報名於2018年9月11日開始，10月3日晚上23:59截止。
- 第二輪報名於2018年10月9日開始，10月15日下午18:00截止。
- 參加同學須在活動開始前十分鐘到達會場。
- 主辦單位保留在活動開始後不予遲到者進場之權利。

Learning the steps and techniques of planning an activity is most useful to volunteer service as well as club activities.

Notes:
- 1st phase of registration opens on 11 September 2018 and closes by 23:59, 3 October 2018.
- 2nd phase of registration opens on 9 October 2018 and closes by 18:00, 15 October 2018.
- Participants should arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start of the event.
- The organiser reserves the right of not admitting the latecomers after the activity starts.
