Student Disciplinary Panel

Terms of Reference
  1. To investigate the student disciplinary cases referred by the Director of Student Affairs.
  2. To recommend to the Student Affairs Committee on sanctions relating to suspension or dismissal of students from the University.
  3. To submit reports on student disciplinary cases.
Membership Composition
 2025-2026
Chairperson: 
A member, from the pool of Chairpersons, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SACOn a roster basis
Secretary: 
A staff of the Office of Student Affairs as nominated by the Director of Student AffairsDr. Rosa TANG
Other Members: 
Director of Student Affairs or his/her representativeProf. Amy LEE
A member, from the pool of staff members, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SACOn a roster basis
Two student senators, student members in attendance at the Senate, or students as approved by the Chairperson of SAC
