Panel on Student Disciplinary Cases

Terms of Reference
  1. To investigate into any student disciplinary cases as referred by the Director of Student Affairs.
  2. To recommend to the Student Affairs Committee on sanctions relating to suspension or dismissal of students from the University.
  3. To submit report on student disciplinary cases.
Membership Composition
 2024-2025
Chairperson: 
A member, from the pool of Chairpersons, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SACOn a roster basis
Secretary: 
A staff of the Office of Student Affairs as nominated by the Director of Student AffairsDr. Rosa TANG
Other Members: 
Director of Student Affairs or his/her representativeProf. Henry FOCK
A member, from the pool of staff members, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SACOn a roster basis
Two student senators, or students as approved by the Chairperson of SAC
