Calling for Nominations! Election of Student Members to the Senate 2025-2026 (UG & RPg)

Students interested in running for the election must complete and submit a hard copy of the nomination form to the Campus Life & Amenities Unit, Office of Student Affairs. The form can be downloaded here or collected at our counter during the nomination period. Please submit your completed form at the Campus Life & Amenities Unit counter in Room 201, 2/F, Jockey Club Campus of Creativity during office hours. The submission period ends on 18 March 2025. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5:30 pm, excluding public holidays.
