Chan Cheuk Kiu
I love this programme very much. I enjoy every moment of the lessons, for example, the "one good thing" sharing and .... It is enjoyable to learn positive psychology through various kinds of interactive and fun activities.

Chan Lok Ching
I am happier and learned to discover the good things around me after attending the programme. I enjoyed all the lessons especially the part about “Self-fat travel” as we can use our imagination to create something together as a group. Positive emotions like joy, hope and interest were developed during the process.

Leung Hoi Sze
It is great to include a practicum in the programme. Through the design process, I exchanged ideas with my group mates and gained new inspiration from them. The on-site practicum also provides us valuable opportunities to practise what we have learnt with others. Therefore, I think the practicum should be kept in the programme as the fundamental element.
