Background

To allow students to understand the recent development in China, a 4-day study tour to the Mainland will be arranged. Students will be provided with trainings on the use of 360-degree camera before the journey and apply the learnings during the trip to capture videos of different scenic spots. 

During the tour, students will be able to interact with local young people from Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) , visit different landmarks rich in historical values to learn the history of Hong Kong, and to appreciate the cultural richness in the Mainland. 

After the journey, students will share their learning in HKBU Metaverse through producing different 360-degree videos.

Remarks*

To be eligible for the refund, students must participate in the outbound trips, with at least 80% attendance in preparatory meetings and post-trip meetings.
