Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily HR transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, document preparation, etc.
  • Answer employee enquiries on HR matters
  • Ensure timely delivery of HR services to HR team and all employees.
  • Participate in process standardization and simplification of the HR Service Center
  • Prepare HR Service Center operation reports to monitor service level 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of solid experience in Human Resources, fresh graduate will also be considered

Your opportunity:

The Department

Talent Acquisition Assistants wear many hats in their day-to-day activities. This role supports the mass recruitment team. The successful hire will be primarily responsible for on-the ground support on hiring events and recruitment fairs.

Besides recruitment events, the TA Assistants with more experience will support recruiters in coordinating interviews, which involves working with hiring managers and candidates to find suitable time slots and ensuring all parties have the necessary information. They also manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate information up-to-date and support recruiters in generating regular reports for business updates. 

The Job

  • Be the first point of contact for potential hires, when they walk-in to a recruitment event. Greeting candidates and guide them through the application and recruitment process, helping to create a positive candidate experience.

2025 Student Internship Scheme in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR)

 

Objectives

The Civil Service Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has launched an internship scheme for students with disabilities since 2016. The scheme aims at promoting a better understanding of the ability and potential of persons with disabilities within the Government and strengthening the competitiveness of students with disabilities before joining the job market.

 

Scheme Details

Post Title:   Summer Intern

Duration:    

    Eight weeks in summer 2025 during one of the following periods: 

  • 16 June (Mon) – 8 August 2025 (Fri) or
  • 30 June (Mon) – 22 August 2025 (Fri)

Salary:         HK$11,200 per month (The remuneration for each calendar month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.)
