Position Overview

Diverse Minds is seeking a motivated university student for an internship focused on e-learning content development. The intern will support the creation and maintenance of online courses using Rise 360 and LearnWorlds LMS. This role is ideal for students interested in online learning, instructional design, and digital content creation. You will work closely with course creators to transform learning materials into engaging e-learning courses.

Job responsibilities

  • Convert learning content from subject matter experts into interactive e-learning modules using Rise 360, adhering to company templates and style guidelines.
  • Design and edit graphics, images, and multimedia elements to enhance course engagement and accessibility.
  • Ensure content meets accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with the e-learning team to review, test, and revise courses based on feedback and quality assurance checks.
  • Upload, organize, and manage course content within the LearnWorlds LMS platform.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of content updates and version control.

About you

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (preferred fields: Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, Communications, or related).
  • Basic knowledge of digital design principles.
  • Experience in graphic design and multimedia editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Willingness to learn new tools (Rise 360 & Learnworlds).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • June 30th – July 11th: Two-week rotation at JSM
  • July 14th – July 25th: Two-week rotation at Société Générale

2025 Student Internship Scheme in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR)

 

Objectives

The Civil Service Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has launched an internship scheme for students with disabilities since 2016. The scheme aims at promoting a better understanding of the ability and potential of persons with disabilities within the Government and strengthening the competitiveness of students with disabilities before joining the job market.

 

Scheme Details

Post Title:   Summer Intern

Duration:    

    Eight weeks in summer 2025 during one of the following periods: 

  • 16 June (Mon) – 8 August 2025 (Fri) or
  • 30 June (Mon) – 22 August 2025 (Fri)

Salary:         HK$11,200 per month (The remuneration for each calendar month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.)

Eligibility
  1. Be a permanent resident of HKSAR.
  2. Be a non-final year registered student with SEN studying a full-time bachelor degree.
