The Coaching, Organisation Development, and Engagement (CODE) Programme is a series of tailor-made training sessions exclusively designed for officers of student organisations. Its primary goal is to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for the development and growth of their student organizations.

On 20 May 2025 (Tuesday), we will host two CCL unit-recognised workshops (four workshops in total) and provide a roundup on the CODE Programme and student support updates. The event will take place from 10 AM to 6 PM (registration starts at 9:45 AM) at Jockey Club Campus of Creativity (JC3), Room 302 & 303.

The four workshops aim to enhance your management skills and provide valuable insights and tips on how to effectively protect your society and support your fellow members. While the target participants for this event are student officers, all students are most welcome to attend.

For this 1 CCL unit, the two workshops (workshop III & IV) covered will be as follows:

Workshop III
Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC): Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus

Know Your Rights • Spot the Signs • Take Action

This essential workshop will help you:
-Understand what constitutes sexual harassment under Hong Kong law
-Identify inappropriate behaviors in campus settings
-Learn your legal rights and responsibilities
-Discover how to respond as an organiser, a victim or a witness
Through real case discussions and Q&A, this workshop will empower you to create a safer campus environment for all.
