Showcase of GCST3005 Summer Sojourn II - Service learning Experience in Heidelberg, Germany

GCST3005 Summer Sojourn II, a signature course for Global and China Studies students (GCSers) at HKBU, embarked on a thrilling 3-week study tour across European countries in June and July 2024. This extraordinary opportunity is made possible by the support of the CISL mini grant.
GCSers had the chance to engage in a 1-day service learning activity at a local high school in Heidelberg, where they can apply their knowledge and skills in the field of Global and China Studies. Following this experience, a reflective session was held to deepen the learning process.
Led by Dr. Jaemin Shim, the esteemed course instructor of GCST3005, the showcase session promises to empower GCSers to share their unique and enriching experiences.
