TuesDates - Cha Guo Workshop: Make Traditional Steamed Bun and Understand Local Culture
Cha Guo, or tea cake, is a traditional New Year's snack and sacrificial offering of the Hakka people in the rural areas of the New Territories in Hong Kong. Its production skills have been listed in the first intangible cultural heritage list of Hong Kong. Let’s make a pack of Cartoon Cha Guo!
