In this workshop, we will be exploring the ways in which music can be used as a tool to help manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns commonly experienced by university students. Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to participate in interactive music-making activities, guided relaxation exercises, and group discussions. The Registered Music Therapist (RMT) will provide you with strategies for incorporating music therapy into your self-care routine and offer insights into the ways in which music can promote mental wellness.
