Performing Arts Centre (PACs) is a key element of a city's arts infrastructure, anchoring cultural districts, providing homes to artists and arts companies, and supporting arts economic development. As important as they are to the communities, it can be easy to take these complex, multimillion-dollar venues for granted. Managing a performing arts centre, however, is anything but easy.
