Self-discovery & Career Development Workshop via Personality Dimensions®

𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🌟

Understanding personality can be challenging, as it is not something tangible. To help our students gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how their personality impacts their decisions in daily life and at work, we were delighted to have Johnny Lo to host the 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 using the Personality Dimensions® framework.

Students identified their unique personality styles, represented by the combination of four distinct colours:
💛 Organized Gold
💚 Inquiring Green
🧡 Resourceful Orange
💙 Authentic Blue

Through interactive scenarios, students explored the thought processes behind their own colour while gaining valuable insights into how others make decisions. This is a crucial skill for learning to collaborate effectively with different personalities.

Johnny also emphasized that personality is just one piece of the puzzle 🧩. He shared other crucial factors to consider when planning a career, such as personal values, interests, and industry trends.

This gave our students a powerful new perspective: career planning isn't a split-second decision but a comprehensive journey of self-discovery. 🧭
