Learning Programming through Large Language Model using Natural Language

The workshop introduces Python programming taking a pragmatic approach. We illustrate how ChatGPT can be leveraged to write Python programming codes to help us access data from an online database https://data.gov.hk/. Participants with zero programming experience will learn to write their first program in Python with AI assistance. This workshop offers a great opportunity for students from social sciences and humanities to start learning how to program and communicate with machines through programming.
