The Link University Scholarship was established in 2015 as part of the Link Together Initiatives. It aims at supporting undergraduates who are the first amongst three generations of their families to study at one of Hong Kong’s universities.
The Scholarship for Year 2-4 University Studies in 2026-27 is now open for application. Each awardee will receive a scholarship of HK$20,000.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible applicants must be:
- The first-generation university student from his/her family (i.e. his/her grandparents and parents do not hold any bachelor’s degree from any university);
- A full-time student who will continue their Year 2 or 3 or 4 full-time bachelor’s degree study at HKBU in 2026/27;
- Having a cGPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale and eligible for HKBU admission next year;
- A local student (e.g. holder of HKID Card (Permanent) or Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macau (One-way Permit);
- Aged 25 or below (i.e. born on or after 1 September 2001); and
- Proactively participating in community services.

***Please note that:
- The scholarship interviews for 2026-27 will be conducted in person in late October or early November 2026. NO online interviews will be arranged; shortlisted students are required to attend the interview in person.
- Students who will participate in an overseas exchange programme in the first semester of 2026-27 and will be out-of-Hong-Kong should NOT apply.
- This Link University Scholarship is NOT the same as the HKBU First-Generation University Student Fund.
The Office of Student Affairs (SA) is only responsible for promoting it and providing verification on applicants' eligibility upon the donor's request. Therefore, SA is not involved in the selection process.

2026-27年的「領展大學生獎學金 - 大學二年級至四年級獎學金」現正接受報名。獲獎同學每位可獲兩萬港元獎學金。申請者必須：
- 為家庭三代中首代入讀大學的學生（即父母及祖父母均沒有大學學位）；
- 就讀全日制學士學位課程，並將繼續於2026/27學年就讀香港浸會大學二年級/三年級/四年級；
- 持有CGPA 3分或以上（以4.0 CGPA 積點制度計算），並符合升讀下一學年資格；
- 為本地學生（持有香港永久性居民身份證 或 前往港澳通行證（單程證））；
- 年齡為25歲以下（即於2001年9月1日或以後出生）；及
- 積極參與社會服務
