The University General Scholarships application is now OPEN for HKBU full-time UGC-funded undergraduates who are in year 2 or above in 2026/27. Both local and non-local students are eligible.

By submitting ONE online application form AND required supporting documents to the HKBU Moodle, applicants will be considered for over 50 scholarship schemes.

Please download the completed application form (PDF) at Step 1 and upload it again with your supporting documents, to the HKBU Moodle (Step 2) under the course SFA0001.

Application Deadline: by 5:30 pm, 30 September 2026
The online application form and supporting documents must be submitted in one PDF file to the HKBU Moodle (course name: SFA0001).

Heavy traffic near the deadline may affect system access - prepare the documents and apply early to avoid delays!

Reminders:

• For best results, please complete your application form on a desktop or laptop (mobile devices are not recommended). Once finished, save the completed form as a PDF and submit along with your supporting documents to HKBU Moodle.
• Late or incomplete submissions—no application form or supporting documents—will not be considered.
• Only one application round for University General Scholarships will be held in 2026/27 academic year. Applicants do not need to indicate specific scholarship name(s) in this application.
  
  Please note: Scholarships requiring individual applications or Faculty/School/Department nominations are not included in this exercise.
