    In this 3-session workshop, Cheryl will lead the participants to reconnect with their own body, mind and heart through meditation, sharing and from a compassionate perspective. This workshop serves as a key to unlock your potential and cultivate awareness for further self- improvement. It is suitable to all students, whether you are a beginner or a veteran willing to share your compassion to yourself and others.

Join “ Box Off Depression” (BOD) for five Thai –Boxing Classes for free in March 2021, to improve your physical and mental health. The activity is delivered by Elite Thai Boxing and Fitness, a social enterprise established in 2015.
