Join “ Box Off Depression” (BOD) for five Thai –Boxing Classes for free in October 2021, to improve your physical and mental health. The activity is delivered by Elite Thai Boxing and Fitness, a social enterprise established in 2015.

    Time flies, this is the 5th week of the semester.  And mid-term exams are drawing near. Feeling a bit stressed? Why not try to give your mind a break by getting your hands busy! We are presenting to you Green Quester Programme: Herbarium Workshop 浮游花工作坊.  In the workshop, you will decorate a pen with preserved flowers and bring home a piece of nature. When you look at the herbarium, your nerves will be soothed, and your tired and puffy eyes will feel relaxed.

    In this CCL-recognised 3-class workshop, we will practice some basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and different types of meditations together, including Body Scan, Mindfulness Meditation and Dancing Meditation to cultivate mindfulness qualities and awareness. You can expect feeling calm and a sense of connection with yourself after the class.
