Building on this shared mission, we are excited to introduce the HKBU Inclusion Employment Scheme, a new initiative supported by the Koo’s Giving Charitable Foundation. This is a meaningful initiative that provides financial subsidies to employers who hire HKBU students/recent graduates with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Why Join the Scheme?
By participating, you are not only nurturing young talent but also helping to create a more inclusive society. Employers may receive subsidies of up to HK$36,000 per HKBU talent with SEN hired. The scheme covers full-time and part-time roles, making it flexible to suit your needs. For further details on the subsidy structure, please refer to the attached guidebook.

If you are interested in the Scheme, we warmly invite you to join our Kick-Start Ceremony cum Sharing Session on 23 September. This will be a valuable opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scheme’s details, application procedures, and the support available to employers.
