[Registration deadline extended to 24 March 2024] Briefing and Consultation: Guidelines & Supports for Student Organisations 2024

Dear Student Officers of Cabinet 2023/2024 and 2024/2025,

You are cordially invited to attend the Briefing and Consultation: Guidelines & Supports for Student Organisations 2024, organised by the Office of Student Affairs (SA). This briefing aims to provide you with the latest information crucial to the development of student organisations (Sos) and gather your views and suggestions regarding our services. The session will cover various topics, including but not limited to:

• Resources & services available
• Financial supports for student activities
• Supports and updates on student amenities
• Records on Student Learning Experience System (SLES)
• Updates on student activities (with a focus on the Virtual Sos Fair)
• Updates on University policies related to activity planning and the operation of Sos
• Views on the upcoming release of Financial regulations

The briefing will be conducted mainly in Cantonese

It is mandatory for each student organisation to send a minimum of TWO representatives to participate in the briefing. However, we welcome more than two representatives from each organisation. Each representative should complete the registration form with their individual information. Representatives can be from either the current executive committee (exco) members of the 2023/24 term, the new/potential exco members for the 2024/25 term, or a combination of both.
