From 7 June to 15 September 2024, Chinese Culture Festival featured a fascinating mix of programs, from traditional music and dance performances to multi-arts showcases, films, and educational activities. Collaborating with outstanding arts groups from different provinces and cities across the Mainland, this festival could offer you opportunities to:

• comprehensive glimpse into the diverse regional styles and artistic treasures of China 
• Enjoy immersive experiences to learn about and engage with Chinese arts and culture first-hand 
• cultivate a stronger sense of cultural identity and pride, as well as openness to cross-cultural exchange.

The first 100 students* can receive a subsidy of 80% of the actual price paid, up to $300 each towards tickets

The application is easy, you only need to:  

1. fill in the Application Form for Chinese Culture Festival Subsidy;

2. submit the original ticket stub or receipt for the proof of subsidy to LIVE office at WLB301A; and

3. write a reflection note about your overall participation in Chinese Culture Festival, highlighting your key learnings & experiences.  You may submit a text format of 100~200 words, an IG/ FB feed with graphic/ photo, or to tag LIVE account. The selected reflection notes will be posted/ re-posted on LIVE social media platforms.  

The Subsidies will be paid via bank transfer to local bank account after receiving all the required materials. In case of disputes, Culture Literacy (LIVE) reserves the right of final decision.
