Dive deeper into the healing pillars of Ayurveda, a 3,000-year-old herbal medicine system of India.

This workshop offers an insight to Ayurveda’s inevitable principles and practices. You’ll explore core concepts of healing and balance, such as agni (digestive fire), ojas (vital essence), and the mind–body connection, alongside discussions of how modern scientific perspectives relate to Ayurvedic theory and its applications today.

  • Explore core concepts – the gunas (qualities) and doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), including how these frameworks help explain individual tendencies.

[About the Speaker]

Mr. Dileep Puliyolly

Born into a yogi family in South India (the Yoganaath lineage), Mr. Puliyolly was initiated into yoga and the secret doctrine of Tantra from an early age and was trained in all the classic forms of Indian yoga systems. 

As he grew older, he travelled extensively to find answers to his spiritual quest, which took him to the great masters of Himalayas. Under the expert guidance of the masters, he aquired knowledge in the traditional healing system of India- Ayurveda and got in-depth trainings in kundalini & meditation. 

Mr. Puliyolly holds an M.Sc. in Yoga (2016) from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University; Yoga Instructor certification (2003) from Vivekananda Yoga University, Bangalore; and an M.A. in Language and Literature (2002) and a B.Ed. (2000) from the University of Calicut.
