Bean to Cup is one of the pre-trip workshops for “Sip, Snap, Stroll in Yunnan”.
In this coffee knowledge and tasting workshop, you will explore the fundamentals of coffee by tracing its journey through its history, processing, varieties, and development.
As a pre-trip workshop for “Sip, Snap, Stroll in Yunnan”, it introduces participants to the Yunnan coffee trends and how the region is making its mark in Asia’s growing coffee culture. Through an interactive drip coffee demonstration, you will enjoy hands-on experience in brewing, tasting, and experimenting with different variables to craft your own perfect cup.
Whether you are new to coffee or someone who is enjoying it for years, this workshop invites you to discover how every drop tells a story.
This workshop priorities participants of “Sip, Snap, Stroll in Yunnan”, with a limited number of spots open to other UGC-funded students.
