Ready to let your talent shine? Whether you sing or play an instrument, we want YOU! Join us at Getting Together: Four Stages of Life, a vibrant busking event celebrating life’s journey through music! 

As children, we dream of growing up and are eager for independence. Yet, as we grow older, we often long for the carefree simplicity of youth. Why does this shift happen? 

Every stage of life brings unique joys, challenges, and lessons that shape us into who we are. This is a chance to reflect, connect, and celebrate these defining moments together.

All HKBU students are welcome!

1. Childhood

Childhood is a magical time, filled with laughter, curiosity, and carefree moments—watching favorite cartoons and discovering the world one small step at a time. Let music transport you back to these cherished memories.

2. Adolescence

Adolescence is a beautiful chaos—dealing with exam pressures, encountering first crushes, building self-esteem and confidence, and so much more. It’s a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Come and sing your heart out!

3. Adulthood

Adulthood marks a new level of independence as we begin to move beyond our parents’ support. We strive for financial stability while navigating social pressures, career hurdles, and family expectations. Through music, we invite you to experience the highs and lows of growing up.

4. Old Age

Old age can bring fears of mortality, loneliness, declining abilities, and feelings of worthlessness.  Let music be a bridge between generations, guiding us to understand and ease these emotions.
