[About the Instructors]
Mr. Chris Chan
Founder of the "Mystery of Chit-Chat Workshop”, who has conducted over 50 sessions of the Chit-Chat Workshops. Chris currently continues to operate a wooden toy distribution business and an IT business. He also serves as a consultant for various companies and entrepreneurs.
He noticed that many introverted and honest individuals often find themselves at a disadvantage because they struggle to respond immediately in conversations. To address this, Chris created the “Mystery of Chit-Chat Workshop”. Through small-class teaching, interactive activities, mini-games, and storytelling, participants can break free from certain mental constraints, increase their verbal output, and become more flexible and resilient in communication.
Chris excels at observation and thinking. Over the years, he has absorbed and reflected on topics such as human communication, body language, and psychology, building a strong ability to adapt spontaneously. As a result, he can provide interesting suggestions and guidance tailored to each participant's needs on the spot, often leaving them amazed by his “mind-reading ability”.
Ms. Daisy Yip
As a registered career coach, NLP practitioner, and illustrator, Daisy helps participants navigate communication roadblocks through alternative conversation topics and illustrating stories and examples, she guides participants toward smoother, more effective communication and more engaging chitchat.
