How much value does a cup of coffee bring to you? Have you ever thought about the coffee bean journey when you are having your morning coffee? 

he coffee bean has gone through a lot of processes before it gets poured into your cup. A cup of coffee does not only serve as a drink, its grounds are also utilizable that you can give them a second life by your creativity. 

The Green Quest Interns are bringing to you a coffee grounds soap workshop. In the CCL-recognised workshop, you will get to know more about the fair trade campaign and make a soap with the coffee grounds by yourself. We hope the workshop will inspire you to think more different ways to upcycling food waste.  Let's think green together!

Target: UG students (Priority to UGH residents)

Venue: Undergraduate Halls (Room 114), HKBU
Fee: Free of charge
Reservation: 20 people 
Host: Green Quest Interns 
Instructor: Hong Kong Federation of Women’s centre
Language: Cantonese, supplemented by English
