    [UG] PLUS+ Ambassador programme

    An internship experience to Learn, Internalise and Spread Positivity around.

    The uncertainties brought by the pandemic, including the lack of social contacts, the mandatory quarantine and worries towards the future in general, induced stress to the public. 

    The study of Positive Psychology and Life Education allows us to discover and nurture our character strengths, be resilience and learn the true meaning and value of life. PLUS+ provides training to student ambassadors on Positive Psychology and Life Education. Our ambassadors will prepare workshops and develop tools to promote positivity to various community groups. Including, to design a set of tool cards to spread the message extensively to the residents of the Undergraduate Halls.

Students will be able to get a taste of Latin America’s language and cultural richness through 5 distinctively themed sessions covering travel, dance, handicrafts, music, and food & drinks.

    Positive Psychology is a new domain of psychology that began in 1998 when Martin Seligman chose it as the theme for his term as president of the American Psychological Association. In this CCL-recognised webinar, Herman is going to highlight the knowledge of Positive Psychology with you and share some tips on maintaining your or your friends' positivity.

    A CCL workshop to create your own custom-made original tune  
    Under the guidance of the trainer, participants will create their own music tune using the life stories they share during the workshop.   導師帶領參加者,進行不同形式的音樂活動,並且引導參加者分享過往的人生經歷,收集他們的故事。於工作坊中後段,導師帶領參加者集體創作一首屬於工作坊成員獨⼀無⼆的原創音樂作品。

    In this CCL recognised seminar, the representative from the Jockey Club CADENZA Hub (JCCH), a one-stop integrated medical and social care centre in Tai Po, will share the experiences of encouraging people aged 50 or above to live a healthier lifestyle and raising public awareness of primary healthcare via its community health education programmes, and health management and support services.
