[UG] Yoga and Meditation for Beginners 2022-23
09 - 23 NOV 2022In this CCL-recognised 3-class workshop, we will practice some basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and different types of meditations together, including Body Scan, Mindfulness Meditation and Dancing Meditation to cultivate mindfulness qualities and awareness. You can expect feeling calm and a sense of connection with yourself after the class.

[UG] A Latin America To Be Told And Spoken 2022-23
21 SEP - 26 OCT 2022This CCL-recognised course is designed to teach beginner level’s Spanish with a series of interactive activities. Students will be able to get a taste of Latin America’s language and cultural richness through 5 distinctively themed sessions covering travel, dance, handicrafts, music, and food & drinks.
