    學生事務處特殊教育需要支援組誠意邀請各位共同參與由CareER舉辦「大和香港50th X CareER 潛能無限線上慈善跑2020」,以「敢想・敢動・敢堅持」為主題,為CareER籌款之餘,同時亦希望以殘疾人士的故事鼓勵大家,一起衝破困境。

    CareER致力於服務高學歷殘疾人士,提供全面的職涯配對及支援服務,同時建立同儕聯繫網絡,秉持著「潛能無限」的理念,與高學歷殘疾人士同行,支持他們在不同領域上發揮所長,堅持前行。

    USSEN cordially invite students to joint the “Daiwa HK 50th X CareER RunnERthon Online 2020” with the theme of “Run for Dreams and be Perseverant”, to raise funds for CareER. At the same time, they also hope to use their stories to encourage everyone and overcome the difficulties together.

    CareER is committed to serving higher educated people with disabilities, providing comprehensive career support and matching services, and establishing a peer support network, adhering to the concept of ”Talent No Boundaries”, walking with higher educated people with disabilities and supporting them to play their strengths in different fields and achieving their goals.

    The Hong Kong Society for the Blind - Flag Day 2020 香港盲人輔導會 - 賣旗日 2020

    香港盲人輔導會現正招募義工於2020年11月28日(星期六)為「賣旗日」籌款。籌款目的為該會轄下中央點字製作中心、公眾教育、視障人士家庭資源中心、屯門盲人安老院及九龍盲人安老院籌募經費。參加者完成任務後將獲該會頒發感謝證書。鼓勵同學參與此義工活動!

    The Hong Kong Society for the Blind recruits volunteers for their Flag Day on 28 November 2020 (Sat). The funds raised will be used to support their family resource service, braille production service, residential service for the visually impaired elderly and public education. A certificate of appreciation will be issued to the volunteers. Encourage students to be a volunteer on the flag day!

     Human Libraries Hub (D) – From ADHD to A Successful Magician (HKBU Alumnus)「真人茶座」– 從過度活躍到魔術師之路 (浸大校友)

    「真人茶座」是一個每週舉辦的清談式網絡節目,以故事交換故事,讓大家共鳴迴響;而職員及受訓義工也在當中練習訪談技巧(茶座以 Narrative Practice 的方略作基礎)。茶座每次專訪一位自願者,並邀請其他在場/在線參加者回應受訪故事。受訪者可以選擇線上匿名/實名/現場受訪,其他在線/在場參與者均須事先登記。主持人在過程中使用相關技巧,導師隨後回饋及解說,讓參加者從中學習。

    魔術師何煒麟(Keanu),成長於單親綜援家庭。2018年畢業於電影學院表演系高級文憑的Keanu,六歲時確診專注力失調及過度活躍症(ADHD)。自小不被理解,承受不了傳統學校教育,中四時輟學一度成為雙失青年。直至他遇上魔術,才發現過動的性格能幫助自己投入多門多樣的魔術表演,不怕失敗勇敢練習和嘗試各項魔術,接觸魔術13年獲獎無數,更因要與觀眾互動而學習溝通和表達;近年更以其魔術的知識和經歷,接手管理非牟利團體幫助同路人。

    Tips about Barrier-free Travel “無障礙, 去邊度?”

    We love traveling! While COVID-19 suspends many travel plans, let’s quench our travel thirst by talking about traveling. A group of university students and graduates are sharing about how to make journeys accessible for everyone, including wheelchair users and guide dog owners. Learn more through the interactive games with our inclusive emcees, personal sharing by our guest speakers, as well as tips and sharing on the joint publication of a travel guide to accessible travel. This non-CCL online workshop s open to HKBU students. Hong Kong Sign Language interpretation and live transcription in Cantonese will be available in the workshop.

    StoryBox is a collaboration between HKBU students, the deaf community, and the visually impaired community. It is a playback theatre project which enables participants with different abilities and backgrounds to meet and learn from each other, constituting personal growth and community dialogues.
