The Hong Kong International Institute of Educational Leadership (“HKIIEL”) is pleased to offer TWO HKBU students to attend the Values Education Certificate Programme (PCVEC001, PCVEC002 and PCVEC003) for free in the academic year 2024-25. Without the tuition fee waiver, the 3 courses are valued at HK$4,500 in total. 

However, please note that NO money will be awarded to the recipient(s) (these are free lessons). The awarded students will take part in a series of Values Education Certificate courses offered by HKIIEL in collaboration with Lingnan University. The said Programme will enable the students to integrate values into their personal growth and career. The programme is open for application now. 

The Li Kwan Hung Education Fund has been established to support full-time students with disabilities and have financial difficulties on their studies. The fund is open for application now, please click here for more information.

The Scholarship for UK Government’s Chevening Scholarships 2025-26 is now open for application until  5 November 2024 (Tuesday) .

HKBU First-Generation University Student Fund (FGF) was established to help unlock precious opportunities for BU’s first-generation local undergraduates to participate in diverse outside-of-classroom learning activities and develop in an all-rounded manner. Successful applicants will receive up to $15,000 for participating in different outside-of-classroom learning activities. The subsidy amount will be pro-rata for applicants of senior years. Therefore, the earlier you apply for the Fund, the higher amount of subsidy you are entitled to.

UGC-funded full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students with unforeseeable proven financial hardship caused by emergency situations may apply for financial assistance from the SEED Fund at any time in the academic year. Submission of application form with supporting documents is required.
