Important Note: Building Demolition Works adjacent to the House
Starting from mid-February 2019, the main building of the former campus of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee) will be demolished for the construction of the new hostel and academic building complex (HABC) at 30 Renfrew Road, adjacent to NTTIH. Demolition work is already underway and extensive construction work will be carried out in the vicinity of NTTIH within the project period. It is anticipated that demolition works will be completed by the end of August 2019 and the HABC project is scheduled for completion in 2023-24. During the work period, occasional noise, dust, smell and vibration will inevitably be generated that may cause disturbance and inconvenience to residents.
