a)       Successful Applicants

Successful applicants should indicate their acceptance of bed space offer and settle the required fees by specified deadline. Otherwise they will be assumed to decline the reserved bed space which will be given to other applicants on the waiting list. Requests for resuming the declined offers will not be considered in general.
