The SIE Fund is a catalyst for social innovation in Hong Kong, connecting communities with sectors, such as businesses, NGOs, academics etc. to create social impact through innovative solutions that address poverty and social exclusion. Mostly through intermediaries, the Fund provides visionary individuals and organizations with diverse resources, from idea incubation and seed funding to implementation and eventual scale-up.
Poly U Good Seed program is jointly developed and organized by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and the Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The program aims to help students or alumni of higher education institutions unleash their innate ability for innovation and develop innovative ideas and creative solutions to tackle social problems.
Designed and implemented by Fullness Social Enterprises Society Ltd (FSES), “Innovator Farm” (IF) is a three year IF program launched in June 2020, aiming to help young social entrepreneurs to grow their dreams by experimenting with “what ifs”. The goal of the program is to inspire young people to develop innovative ideas and creative solutions for tackling social problems and addressing the needs of the underprivileged in Hong Kong.
