N.I.C.E. stands for “New Ideas in Community Empowerment”. The Social Enterprise Attachment Programme aims to enhance HKBU students’ understanding of Social Enterprise (SE) in Hong Kong through co-curricular activities. It combines community engagement with social entrepreneurship in the form of voluntary SE attachment.
All HKBU full-time undergraduate students
Each participant is matched with one SE to volunteer for at least 60 hours. Students will acquire first-hand experience of operating a SE and might even interact with the service targets of the SE to understand more about the social mission and impacts.
Priority will be given to students who are able to join the Social Enterprise Visit in October.
