As a joint activity of the CCL Seminar cum Prize Presentation of the Postcard Design Competition (see the winners here) so as to enhance our students' and colleagues' knowledge to organ donation, the Office of Student Affairs (SA) has highlighted the film Heal the Living from the 41st Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF) Programmes and reserved seats for students and staff. Entry Procedure and Award Eligibility:
Sign up for the CCL Seminar "The Gift That Lives On: All About Organ Donation" by 9:00 am, 11 April 2017 (Tue), and attend the Seminar on time. The 10 earliest participants (students or staff) who register at the reception counter (registration starts from 12:00 noon)  of the Seminar on 11 April 2017 (Tue) and indicate their wish to attend the screening will get a film ticket of the HKIFF Programme Heal the Living. If students leave the Seminar early or are away from the Seminar for too long, which does not satisfy the requirement of CCL attendance by the organiser, they will no longer be eligible for redemption of the film tickets.

參加辦法及獲獎資格：
在2017年4月11日早上9時前於網上登記出席聯通課程講座「將心比心：器官捐贈事件簿」，並依時出席講座。於2017年4月11日講座當天最早報到（中午12時開始報到）並向報到處工作人員表明有意領取戲票的十位同學或同事，可獲香港國際電影節節目《我心不死》戲票乙張。如同學早退或離席時間過長，不符合主辦單位對聯通課程出席時間的要求，即失去獲獎資格。

Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

• Redemption of film tickets is subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions as follows:
• Full-time students or full-time staff of HKBU are eligible to participate in the Promotion. 
• Staff of the Office of Student Affairs will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
• Participants of the Promotion must register for the CCL Seminar "The Gift That Lives On: All About Organ Donation" online to be eligible for redemption of film tickets.
• If students (regardless full-time undergraduate, postgraduate or sub-degree programme students) leave the Seminar early or are away from the Seminar for too long and fail to meet the organiser's time requirement for CCL attendance, they will be ineligible to redeem the film tickets.
• Winners will receive an email on the arrangement of redemption of film tickets.
• If winners cannot attend the movie screening, they must inform the Office of Student Affairs by 3:00 pm, 12 April 2017 (Wed), so that eligible participants on the waiting list can be arranged to attend the screening.
• The Promotion is not administered by Hong Kong International Film Festival. Film tickets were reserved by the Office of Student Affairs in the capacity of education institution in the Community Screening.
• The movie screening is not organised by the Office of Student Affairs and is not CCL-recognised.
• All gifts are not changeable or exchangeable for cash. 
• The Office of Student Affairs reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions or any arrangement of the Promotion, and reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without prior notice. 
• The Office of Student Affairs reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes.

推廣條款及細則：

• 換取電影門票活動須受有關條款及細則約束，詳情如下：
• 活動只限香港浸會大學全日制學生或全職教職員參加。
• 學生事務處職員不得參加是次推廣活動，以示公允。
• 如欲參加推廣活動，必須先在網上登記參與是次聯通課程講座「將心比心：器官捐贈事件簿」，方符合資格領取戲票。
• 如學生（不論為全日制本科生、研究生或副學位課程學生）早退或離席時間過長，不符合主辦單位對聯通課程出席時間的要求，即失去獲獎資格。
• 獲獎的同學或同事將收到電郵通知領取戲票之安排。
• 如得獎同學或同事在電影放映當日未能出席，必須在2017年4月12日（星期三）下午三時前通知學生事務處，以便本處安排其餘符合資格之參加者出席電影放映場次。
• 是次推廣活動並非由香港國際電影節管理，戲票僅屬社區放映場次之學校留座。
• 電影放映並非由學生事務處舉辦，亦非聯通課程認可項目。
• 所有獎品均不得更換或兌換現金。
• 學生事務處有權修訂或更改是次活動的條款及細則或有關是次活動的各項安排，並有權暫停、取消或終止是次活動而不作另行通知。
• 如有任何爭議，學生事務處保留最終決定權。
