A CCL workshop to create your own custom-made original tune  
Under the guidance of the trainer, participants will create their own music tune using the life stories they share during the workshop.

In this CCL-recognised webinar, Herman is going to highlight the knowledge of Positive Psychology with you and share some tips on maintaining your or your friends' positivity. 

In this CCL recognised seminar, the representative from the Jockey Club CADENZA Hub (JCCH), a one-stop integrated medical and social care centre in Tai Po, will share the experiences of encouraging people aged 50 or above to live a healthier lifestyle and raising public awareness of primary healthcare via its community health education programmes, and health management and support services.

All hall freshmen are invited to join this CCL-recognised virtual ceremony hosted by student leaders to kick-off hall life at the Undergraduate Halls.  From the event, you will understand the Undergraduate Halls including its provisions and hall life education programmes.  You will also meet friends from the four halls. Let’s co-create a comfortable living and learning community together.
