    To fight against the pandemic, we stay at home for most of the time. Do you notice that more and more stuff is piling up on your desks, closets and cabinets? And do you find it difficult to search for things? Maybe it is time for you to tidy up and organise them.  
    In this CCL-recognised workshop (In Cantonese), we will learn the essence of organising, home decluttering and minimalism, and how to categorise items to keep your room/ home neat.

    The Undergraduate Halls is recruiting Hall Tutors and Non-local Mentors for academic year 2022-2023.  

    We are searching for student leaders committed to work with us on maintaining the Undergraduate Halls as a safe, warm and supportive living-learning environment. Hall Tutors and Non-local Mentors will receive pre-service and on-the-job communication and skills training, as well as mentorship on personal development. Hall Tutors will be provided with free accommodation which could be used for meetings throughout the appointment period. All HKBU undergraduate and postgraduate students in the academic year 2022-2023 are welcome.

    Have you ever thought of serving the seniors in need in the neighboring community with the talents and gifts you have? According to the 2016 Hong Kong census, about 150,000 seniors aged 65 and above live alone, and almost 300,000 elderly live with their spouse. Seniors in social isolation under the pandemic is vulnerable to loneliness, and loneliness is both a contributing factor, and a result, of many physical and mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and even cognitive decline.
