Individual Photo-taking Service for Graduates of 2023 (64th)
To congratulate graduates on the successful completion of university studies, the Office of Student Affairs will provide each eligible graduate with a set of Individual Photos. After making an appointment with the studio, please bring along with your student ID card to the studio and have the photo-taking at the appointed time. Academic regalia of different sizes and for different faculties/schools will be made available at the studio. Please make your own appointment during the specified period to arrange the photo-taking services.

Have you ever climbed Lion Rock to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hong Kong? Would you like to be an eco-hiker and minimize the environmental impact brought to the nature during your hike?
The Green Quest Interns are bringing you a Guide to Eco-Hike (Part 1): Leave No Trace- A Hike to Lion Rock! On this Saturday, join us to take a break from the tense mid-term period, look at the magnificent scenery of Kowloon and Sha Tin, and, most importantly, learn about responsible hiking following the “Leave No Trace” guidelines.

[UG] Yoga And Meditation For Beginners 2022-23 (Semester 2)
In this CCL-recognised 3-class workshop, we will practice some basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and different types of meditations together, including Body Scan, Mindfulness Meditation and Dancing Meditation to cultivate mindfulness qualities and awareness. You can expect feeling calm and a sense of connection with yourself after the class.

The Undergraduate Halls is recruiting Hall Tutors and Non-local Mentors for academic year 2023-2024.
We are searching for student leaders committed to work with us on maintaining the Undergraduate Halls as a safe, warm and supportive living-learning environment. Hall Tutors and Non-local Mentors will receive pre-service and on-the-job communication and skills training, as well as mentorship on personal development. Hall Tutors will be provided with free accommodation. All HKBU undergraduate and postgraduate students in the academic year 2023-2024 are welcome.

Being mindful of and taking actions to improve one’s physical and mental health is crucial especially during the post-pandemic recovery.
In PUNCH for Your Health, students will learn the sports and strengthen oneself, then carry forward the positivity by providing training to some underprivileged teenagers in the community. After the training, with a bond built up between the students and the teenagers, the teenagers will be invited to visit HKBU campus for a personal development workshop, to be delivered by the students.- Venue (Stage 1–3)

An internship experience to Learn, Internalise and Spread Positivity around.
The uncertainties brought by the pandemic, including the lack of social contacts, the mandatory quarantine and worries towards the future in general, induced stress to the public.
The study of Positive Psychology and Life Education allows us to discover and nurture our character strengths, be resilience and learn the true meaning and value of life.
PLUS+ provides training to student ambassadors on Positive Psychology and Life Education. Our ambassadors will prepare workshops and develop tools to promote positivity to various community groups. Including, to design a set of tool cards to spread the message extensively to the residents of the Undergraduate Halls.- Period

The Undergraduate Halls (UGH) is recruiting Green Questers, student interns who are devoted to promoting green and sustainability in the Halls and in Hong Kong. Under the internship, students will work in small teams to brainstorm, prototype, test and implement green community projects with guidance from professional supervisors.

[UG] Community Engagement Organisers : Positive Ageing Learners Programme (CEOs- PAL)
Have you ever thought of serving the seniors in need in the neighboring community with the talents and gifts you have? According to the 2016 Hong Kong census, about 150,000 seniors aged 65 and above live alone, and almost 300,000 elderly live with their spouse. Seniors in social isolation under the pandemic is vulnerable to loneliness, and loneliness is both a contributing factor, and a result, of many physical and mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and even cognitive decline.
