The sound produced by singing bowls induce a variety of waves that evokes sense of calmness and peace. Physiologically, the vibrations stimulate the blood circulation and metabolism which can loosen the tensed body parts.

Certified singing bowl therapist and yoga instructor Zero Chan will guide us through this healing workshop, with the sound of sea waves from Peng Chau in real time, singing bowl sound bath, mindful stretch and breathing exercise, which deliver a body-and-mind relaxing experience.
