Cultural Intelligence is a person's ability to relate and work with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.  People with similarity in ideas, beliefs and behaviours make up a given culture.  Cultures are formed in small groups, large groups or populations.  We are living in an increasingly diverse society which is only going to get more diverse.  Cultural Intelligence is an absolute essential skill for progress and success in the future ahead of us.

The following topics will be covered.

  1. What is cultural intelligence and why do we need it?
  2. Assess your own cultural intelligence and find out what needs to be done.
  3. Cultural Intelligence in Practice: Understanding cultural intelligence to manage unconscious bias.
  4. Several fun activities with discussions and sharing to understand and improve cultural intelligence in our day-to-day activities.
